evrytime i click on the video on the interface and not wrking

Evrytime i click on the video button on the interface ..the output video screen pops out with blank screen
and another window pops out ..and says.....relaunch...report...etc.......and no video comes out,

i useda mac tower quadcore..g5 with dual dvi and 2.5quadcore
can someone help......thanks poco
