I think that the SP-6 sampler should be upgraded with a record button, so u can put loops and sample in mix.

If you set your loop in your song then drag it to an empty deck in the SP-6 it kinda works as you describe.

It could be integrated with the keyboard shortcuts though.

I really wish you could record from your mix directly to a sample bank. Much in the same way you can with a Kaoss Pad 3.
Have each pad/bank wet to it's play method (not on, one shot or loop). But to be able to sample things "on the fly" would be dope!
