Tracks in Serato are locked & require a password...

So I have now two tracks that when I open my serato program prompt me to enter my whitelabel email & password. I have done this & nothing works, even though I know I'm using the correct information, whether it's my user name or email address i used to register with. I was told to delete & re add the tracks but that didn't help. What's up? Any help would be great, Thanks. Btw, I have checked the FAQ's & did a search for this topic but found nothing.

There was an encoding error with LMFAO tracks but they should be unlocked now.

You'll need to delete the files from your library, download them again and add the new files in to your library.

Hello,
There is another track, Asylum (featuring Eminem) (Explicit) - Slaughterhouse, that is giving me this same issue as above.
