hello, i`m running pitch`n time and soundsoap, both le versions on my g5 10.4.11 with pro tools le 7.4, no problems, however i`ve tried to load the plug ins onto my new g5 and lap top both running snow leopard and pro tools v 9 and cannot get them to load, i`m told that the ilok is broken or there is no authorization or the plug in is damaged.

Hey hopo,

Could you please log in to you iLok.com account, connect your iLok and let me know if your licenses show up or if it says it is broken? If it is broken, you will need to replace the iLok key and initiate an RMA with iLok.com to replace the licenses.

Let me know how you get on.

hello sam,
checked with my ilok, alls well, as i say p&t and soundsoap are working on pt le 7.4 and osx 10.4.11 but not on pt v9 and 10.6, thanks for your time.

Hey hopo,

Can you please make sure that you are connecting the iLok with the serial number:

0x000FEBC5

This iLok has your Pitch 'n Time LE license on it and should authorize the software.

Let me know if this is the one you are using?
