Yes this shouldn't be a problem just download Pitch 'n Time Pro again from here :
serato.com and your iLok key will authorize it.
The only problem I can think of that you may run into is if your new Macbook Pro starts up in 64-bit by default (which some of the newer ones are) - the problem here is that the iLok drivers are only 32-bit andso may not work. If this is the case then you can just start up your Mac in 32-bit mode by pressing both '3' and '2' when the computer starts up. It should work fine if you do this.
