i lok re registration please

I thought I registered to the correct ilok (ilok2 for me), though it doesn't appear as available when i go to ilok.

Any assistance would be great. I need this in 2 hours (typical I'm sure).

2 days, 2 emails...still no reply.... I thought by purchasing the product legally I would receive some support. I should have saved myself the $400.00. Still hoping to get help.

Hi Charlie123,

I believe Logan has answered you via email. It looks like you have sent your license to the iLok account "iLok2" rather than your specific iLok key named this. You need to send the license to your iLok.com account using your iLok.com user ID and then download it to your iLok key of choice.

I will let Logan follow this up with you via the original email though. Let me know if you have any further questions or problems.

i have downloaded the program 5 times to 2 different computers... this is very frustrating... I even updated to 3.0 Can you please send me a file that works??? soon.
