Forum's Plug-in Help section need help

This section is completely UNorganized! Worst I've ever seen at any forum!
I have to click page after page to find any title that resembles the reply
or post I want to make. And speaking of posting, why are even the most recent
posts "closed for inactivity"? Plus, there's simply no way for me to post a new
thread there either. Shameful website design. Fire that webmaster!

Threads are "closed due to inactivity" when we've been waiting for a reply from the person asking for help, but they haven't replied for a while, so we close their help request, and send them an email letting them know they can always reopen it if they still need help.
