* Are you logged in as an administrator?
* Which version of Pitch 'n Time Pro did you have installed previously?

HI michael it's a G5 ppc 2.5 g ..... i am logged in as administrator .... i've never installed any version of pitch n time before ... please help me fix the problem, thank you

Thanks for the info. Can I please get you to try the following:

1) Open Finder and go to the Macintosh HD -> Library -> Receipts folder. In here you'll see the Pitch 'n Time Pro 2.5.1 Installer.pkg file - delete this.

2) Go to the Macintosh HD -> Library -> Application Support -> Digidesign -> Plug-Ins folder. In here you'll see the Pitch 'n Time Pro.dpm file - delete this.

3) Repair permissions for your drive. To do this, open Finder and go to the Applications -> Utilities folder and run the Disk Utility application. Select your internal drive and click the "Repair Permissions" button.

Once you have done the above, try running the installer again.

it still doesn't work :( ... i think someone has installed pitch' n time pro 2.0 before .. but it's been uninstall already
