please please make sure the mashup is in key or damn close to in key.

if you don't know if it's in key then you are probably tone deaf and should not be a dj. just stick to just editing video.

I think it's kind of messed up that you have to purchase both clean and dirty when it literally takes no time to render out the clean track, but whatever.

it stems from a vinyl term called "the black crack"
(Black obviously meaning the color of vinyl, not in a derogatory manner)

there used to be dudes who would LIVE in my record store.
especially on wednesdays, when shipments came.

they would buy records, just to buy records.
after i ran into more and more djs everyone had the same story.
then people started calling it crack, or having to get your fix.

its funny when people have pennies to their name, and the are asking for coins
because they dont have enough for the record they want.

I think alot of us have this affliction to some degree.
some have managed to tame the creature.

A good friend of mines (on a radio mixshow now) used to ride his bike to the record store.

He used to give blood at the nearby blood bank when he didn't have enough money for records and actually passed out riding back home with his records.
