I enter my user name and password to unlock the watermarked files I downloaded, but it keeps telling me that the email/pw is incorrect. I'm sure that I am entering it correctly, however I still can't access the files.

I tried restarting, re-connecting to my wireless, etc. and I can't get the files to unlock.

I noticed SSL users are having some issues, but I haven't seen anything for Itch users with the same problem.

Which tracks are you experiencing this problem with JustOli?

There were a few Travis Baker tracks which were incorrectly locked when the Release first went out.

These have been re-encoded are no longer locked. If you download them again and replace the files you won't be asked for an email address and password.

I am having the same issue but with lady gaga, LMFAO, boy meets evil files.
any suggestions?

Those tracks should be unlocked now.

You'll need to delete the files from your library, download them again and add the new files in to your library.
