whitelabel preview won't load

periodically when I try to preview a song the previewer does not fully load. It will start and then goes away. I don't have the pop-up blocker on. Any suggestions?

Hi DJ Mello,
We can take a look at this, what browser are you using to view Whitelabel.net? And when you say periodically - how often is it happening? e.g. 1 in every 10 songs? 20 songs? Let us know and we'll see what might be happening. Cheers.

I'm using Internet Explorer. As for periodically, if I close out after downloading a song, when I choose another song the previewer may not open. For now, I just keep the previewer open and download all my choices.

We've had a little play around with version 8 of Internet Explorer here and can't seem to replicate the problem, although we do have occasional inconsistent bugs like this reported with the player and are considering this feedback for what we can do with this feature in the future.
If you're not using Version 8 or later and are able to upgrade, we highly recommend you do as earlier versions do cause some problems as support for them drops off.
Let us know if you have any further problems or if the problem becomes worse and we'll get some more details from you and have a further look.
