Audo dropouts after using 2 Hours - while adjust Beatgrid

Hey Guys,

today i got my VCI-300, after playing 2 Hours i had Audio dropouts!

in the Moment i had the Dropouts, i adjust the Beatgrid.

After turning off the Gridedit, nothing happens - still Audiodropouts!

Next sptep i pushed Play/Break and again Play/Break then the music runs on without Audiodroputs!

my system:

There is no updates as of yet for the next version of Itch, however stay tuned Serato.com for any news regarding the update. In the meantime, use 1.5 if you prefer.

i tried all USB Buffer Settings, but always the same Problem!

the other articles i already read, but they are not useful for my problem!

i dont use an external Power adapter! Only USB Power of an Macbook Pro 15" from early 2008

I would try the external power adapter as that will help with usb drop outs. Let me know how it goes. Thanks.

Hey Ron,

my problem has changed, now my VCI Console frezze after playing 1 or 2 Hours.

with 1.71, 2.0 & 2.1

with external power adapter it's the same problem!

Did you check to see if you have any corrupt files? How much free space do you have on your internal/ external hd. Let me know. Thanks.

no corrupt files, an a lot of free Space on my hardirve :-)

in this moment i test it with the VCI-300 of a friend. This one works Problemfree!

Hi misky,

Did you try updating your firmware? Also, when you connect all your power cords are they away from the VCi? They can sometimes cause interference and cause it to freeze. Let me know. Thanks.
