Hello. A few years ago, ie, 8, i stepped away from Pro Tools ( to Logic ). The worst part was leaving behind Pitch'n TIme. I have recently installed Pro Tools 9 and would like to get PnT back on line. Back in the day I know I bought it a couple of times and I am curious what is required of me from you to make this happen. I don't have records of serial numbers readily to hand, but I am certain that my email address would be on record somewhere. ( stephen@machinehead.com - Stephen Dewey - Machine Head ). I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Stephen,
I've found your original products (with serial numbers) and have attached them to your user account, you can view these here -> www.serato.com (click link).
In regards to your purchase options, the cheapest way to do this would be to:
1) Upgrade your copy of Pitch 'n Time Pro from 2.0 to 2.5.1, at a cost of US$99.
2) Then crossgrade your new Pitch 'n Time Pro 2.5.1 license to a Pitch 'n Time LE license, at a cost of US$99.
This would bring the total cost to US$198, which is less that half the Pitch 'n Time LE MSRP of US$399. If you'd like to take advantage of this offer, please let me know and I'll have a special order created for you.

Hey Michael, thanks for the research. After I wrote this note, I explored the plug ins somewhat. Perhaps you could now help me with this.....in the Serato that i recall loving so much, there was a draw facility, which was an essential tool for me. Does that feature still exist somewhere in a way that I could get to it ?
thanks
Stephen
thanks

Hey Stephen,
I think you might be referring to the Variable Time-stretch panel, take a look at this screenshot and let me know if that's what you're meaning ->www.serato.com (click link).

Hey Stephen,
Sorry for the delayed reply.
I have to apologise, I mis-read your first post - I thought you were wanting use Pitch 'n Time in Logic, but as you're wanting to use it in Pro Tools then all you need to do is this:
1) Upgrade your copy of Pitch 'n Time Pro from 2.0 to 2.5.1, at a cost of US$99.
So that's good news :) If you'd like to do this please let me know.

My fault....at first i was talking about using it for Pro Tools, then i realized Logic was an option...but I would totally use it in Pro Tools if I can do the drawing thing. If I can then I would love to do that....

Haha all good, I got myself all confused ;)
The Variable Time-stretch panel is only available in Pitch 'n Time Pro, so it is not available for Logic.
As I've registered your serial numbers to your forum account, you can purchase an upgrade by going to our online store -> www.serato.com (click link). Please let me know if you have any problems.

Progress ! I have now downloaded and installed the upgrade. But I am stuck again now as I cannot figure out how to authorize the ilok/software so that Pro Tools will run it. Is there a page somewhere to shoot a license over to the ilok folks ? Thanks !
