well after many problems i sent in my rane 68
the board was replaced and now that i have it back my right cue button rarely works i have to push really hard for it to engage..... do i need to send it in again... at 70 dollars each time this is really old!!

Not under warranty?

are u saying the buttons aren't under warranty ,or
the 3 year warranty doesn't deal with the buttons?? this button was working better before i sent it in!

also i sent in a message about the quarter inch plug being to loose,u guys said it was the head phones everyone has tried this with different headphone including american made and still have this problem on my mixer,,but my friends tt57 doesnt have this problem nor my 10 year old mp44

Call us at 425.355.6000 and we will work something out. If that thing isn't operating as you would like it to be, we want to correct that, what ever may be the cause.

So call us when you are with the mixer and we can try a fwe things. Worse case is we will make any needed repairs. Your warranty would cover the items that are being discussed here.

ok was trying to wait until more bugs wee fixed but still having a lot of problems on mixer that has been there from the beginning so i payed last time 80 dollars to mail it i can not do this again so if u i will send a list of the problems in the box

Some of my CUE buttons weren't working working properly and one of the guys from Rane told me that when I sent it in for warranty for the post switch they might of over tighten the screw on the cover place and was not giving the button enough play to get a proper click and surely enough i loosened up the screws near the cue buttons and it worked.
