I see a lot of these kinds of threads in both the "DJ" and "off topic" areas, and am thinking that maybe it would get users better results if there was a forum dedicated to "Technical" topics. Would be extra cool if the people from Rane and Serato were able to actively participate (more than you're typically doing in the other non-help forums)...both for the added wisdom and to help keep a good s/n ratio.

And if this sounds worthwhile to do, maybe it should have a headline/sticky post linking to the help forum for people having Rane/Serato-specific hardware/software problems.
