Hi I have just bought an extra license for pitch n time le so i can run it on another computer, but i cant seem to get the license download. should it go automatically to ilok.com? on the serato website it says only my current full version and im assuming the extra license will be using the same serial number? i try to put it in but it just says i have already registered this product. I need this to work ASAP!

Hi olist,

When you purchase online you're given the option to enter your iLok user ID, if you haven't done so you can go here -> www.serato.com (click link) and do it now. Please let me know if you have any problems.
