Drag Cue Point

I did a search for "move cue point" and "drag cue point" and didn't see it come up, so I'm going to take the plunge and post...
I'd like to be able to grab a cue point in the waveform overview with the mouse and move it. My inspiration for this came after spending approximately 20 minutes trying to get a cue on a downbeat that shows up about .8 seconds after the file start... Still haven't gotten it right.
The cue points should probably be lockable and unlockable to protect us from ourselves. =-)
It would also be nice to be able to edit the specific time value in the cue marker if that's not already possible... I didn't see it in the instructions, but I didn't look very hard either.

Sweet.
I bow to your leeter search skills. My hand hurts from trying to learn how to crab scratch.

Hm, this time it was my memory. I knew that this has been posted before - easy, one of the suggestions was previously posted by myself. Searching *and* finding is not always an easy thing. I would even call it an art to search and quickly find. :)
(This shall not be an excuse for not searching... ;) )
