Relative Mode Question for Mac-xperts

I am using relative mode so I can use utilize my cue points

2 questions

1 - Can I use cue points in absolute mode?

2 - I am trying to go to the beginning of a track once switch tracks but since I am in relative mode it won't let me -

unless I use the buttoms |<<

- How can I access this buttom without using my mouse?

- It says alt q but I am using a mac and apple+q doesn't work and cntrl+q, shift+q, all don't work..

1. No.

2. The ALT button on your Mac is probably marked "Option" as it's primary. It's right next to the Apple/Command key.

An easier way to get the song to the beginning of the track when you load it, however, is to go into the setup screen and check the option for "Play tracks from start" (or something like that).

Addendum to question 1 answer: You can't use cue points to jump to a certain point in absolute mode. You will still see them in ABS mode, though, and the platter marker will fill/unfill with the cue's color as you hit the cue's time.
