Thx mate but as i said i dont mind paying that for a stand but its the shipping, had a few quotes from various shops in the states and all were asking $100+ just for P&P

And as the link you sent says 'Hollywood, FL 33021' i ain't even gonna ask them, $150 for a stand i can deal with but $250 including delivery is a bit much.

Looks like they don't sell the uberstand here, it totally shit i have been rocking relitive mode now and when i gig i have to have the laptop at the side of me and it just throws me off haveing to reach to hit the cues and whatever.

Hey all...i actually just used my Odyssey stand for the first time today at a gig....I must say i was extremely impressed. It had clear view of everything on my mixer, it wasnt too high, wasnt too low. It was very very sturdy..even when typing and searching....I am more than satisfied with the Odyssey L stand. Def recommend it to anyone...And I got it for $60..so that wasnt too bad either.

Man Dont waste your money on expensive laptop stands. You can buy this piece from Home Depot for $10 and make a stand yourself.Peep It!

What is that? Looks like a dish rag holder or something? Doesn't look like it would clear the mixer if it was placed over it. If it works for you, then that's hella savings. lol

Here are some answers to comments and questions
1).How sturdy is it? It holds my Gateway 17" screen no problem. Ive also have had friends use an i-book on it as well. A powerbook may be too heavy.
2).Didnt you say you bought this at bestbuy in another thread?

3).What is it! Not sure what to call it besideds a metal slant shelf that you can buy at Home Depot in their Shelving aisle. They have other pieces in white but wouldnt work. Youll see it if they have em.
