I got a good one...
Since it's better to play tracks from the Hard Disk instead of the CD Drive, have Serato rip CD's to MP3 format.
Insert CD, click on CD Drive (in crate window) to view tracks, then drag the tracks to a new folder which would automatically start converting them.
