the problem:
its time consuming when i want to add some new files to my library. i organize by folder outside of serato, then i have to import them to the crate i want them in, find the files i imported, and then build overviews.


solution:
in serato have an option where you can choose which folder all your tracks are in. serato then creates crates according to those folders. when you put a new file into one of those folders, serato recognizes the new file and creates the overview by doing a scan for new files whenever you first open up serato.


this way you only have to organize the files once outside of serato and that's it.

sorry if this has been talked about before. i think it would be useful to have the option to do this.
