Smoothe, I'm going to guess that you're probably a teenager based on the fact you mentioned getting SSL for your birthday. This of course based on the fact that you don't get birthday presents as an adult.
This being said, you're not the first eager teenager to be berated on the forum. I admire your vigor and passion to DJ, but tone down the useless posts about getting things for free, which equipment is the best, yada yada. It'll only bring you pain. Forming full sentences and dropping the use of instant messenger abreviations can't hurt your cause either.
There are a billion posts on what constitutes the "best" equipment. Do a search and you'll find your answer, or at least a lot of arguing over the subject. Also, the Napster days are over and professional DJs pay for their songs. You should do the same.
