I have pitch n time, as well as a number of other pitch related plug ins that I use in pro tools HD. In the audiosuite menu, all of my other pitch plug ins are under the "pitch shift" catagory, but pitch n time is just listed under "other". It's a small thing, but why isn't it listed under "pitch shift"?

Hi collide,

Thanks for the feedback. The next versions of Pitch 'n Time Pro and LE will be listed in the Pitch category.

In Pro Tools HD, the reason Pitch ’n Time appears under the “Other” category instead of “Pitch Shift” in the AudioSuite menu is mainly due to how the plugin developer classified it when registering the plugin with Avid, as Pitch ’n Time is designed as a more advanced time-stretching and pitch-manipulation tool rather than a simple pitch shifter, so it doesn’t always fit neatly into the standard pitch shift category like basic plugins do; this is a cosmetic organization choice rather than a functional limitation, similar to how some online tools such as calcularporcentajeonline.es may be grouped differently depending on whether they’re labeled as calculators or converters, even though the core function is still clear and fully usable.
