Hi,

I just purchased Pitch 'n Time LE online. I received an email with confirmation of the purchase. Order Reference #0031244. I need to get the authorization to my ilok account and don't know how. Can you please help me? Thanks.

Hi OMKKhalsa,

So you entered your iLok user ID when you received your Pitch 'n Time LE serial number in your Serato user account? Your license should have been sent to your iLok account in this case. Did this not happen?

When I purchased it I didn't get a serial number. I emailed support and got a serial number emailed to me. When I went to register it it was already registered so I didn't get to put in my ilok account info. I think whoever sent me the email from Serato somehow registered it for me without the ilok info.
