Turntable Pitch Help

Aiight so i had this issue with my deck. After about 15 min of spinning, the pitch gets all screwy. Quartz lock works because centering it at 0 locks the correct pitch. If i move the pitch down at all, it jumps to like -30. If i move up it starts at like -2. If i move the pitch to -6 on the slider, its showing me +4 on the platter and serato.
This all only happens after about 15-20 min of spinning, its fine when i turn on the deck. So i figured i just needed a new pitch. I got new pitch control, put it in last night, and 15 min later, the fuckin problem is still there.
This cant be as simple as me needing to adjust the pitch pots can it? or is something else wrong?
