Hello,

Had this same problem previously on Snow Leopard and PT 8.0.3 and v1.2.2 fixed it. but i think since updating to PT 8.0.4 the problem is back.

close one session and open another with serato gate in both session and get the error all TDM plugins were made inactive due to insufficient resources and the session won't run and requires a reboot.

remove Serato gate from the plugins folder and the problem goes away!!
