Hey guys
Just thought I would pass this on if you havent seen already. Seagate brought some new drives that are 80% faster than the 7200rpm drives. Half SSD half mechancial.
I thinking of getting a 500g check it out. Price isnt bad at all 149CDN for a 500g. I know a 7200 500g is 69 and a 640g is 94 CDN money
Anyways checkout let me what you all think

seems like pretty good technology. I'll wait for them to get bigger before I get one though. I'd likely make an external out of it.

The reviews don't look that great. Wait until they put more technology and performance into them.
