I recently bought a brand new RANE TTM57-SL.
My mixer is starting giving me problems when I use it as a sound card.

Both Channels Pops and Tickle (similar to that typical background noise you usually hear when you play an old vinyl) when I play audio files from the computer such as mp3s, WAVs, videos, streaming audio and stuff.

I Made all the testings of the case:
_ Invereted cables
_ Inverted Monitors
_ Tried Other Cables (Brand New ones and non brand new ones)
_ Tried other audio Monitors
_ Put the latency to maximum (even if latency should be no big deal when you play files as a soundcard out of serato)
_ Switched sound card to Line 1 (default is line 2)
_ Tried running the mixer with other two Macbook Pro of Dj friends of mine

I still have the same problem.

I Wish to say that this problem has born since 1-2 weeks. The mixer worked perfectly since then. No problems at all and nothing changed in my computer hardware, software or configuration.
I have also to say that there where NO power failures in my town lately. (that could cause electric or electronic embarassment in such delicate devices)

This Mixer is brand new, less than one month of life. Do you think I have to ask for information to the assistance?
Since it is so new I'd like it to be replaced instead of "repaired" (i had bad experiences with technical support in the past) but I don't know if this is possible...
