Can I assign sample player in custom group? I mean I'd like to play samples directly from TTM57, is it possible?

From the manual:
"You can customize almost all of the software
control assignments. To change what a button,
parameter knob or joystick does to Scratch Live,
right-click on the control label (first open the hardware control panel, then choose -for example- custom group 2). A list appears,
and you can choose the new function you wish
to have associated with that control."

That mixer is a fuckin beast! Set it properly and it willl be your best friend! ;-)
