Radio drops

i was just wondering if someone can help me find a program where i can record my own drops like the ones on the radio

Any wave editing program should suffice. Soundforge, Cool Edit/Adobe Audition, Audacity, Wavelab, Goldwave, take your pick.

All those program have effects and time streching/compression and pitch shifting. Everything you need.
