i think that this album hasnt happened because of the pressure he has about it, people are going to expect him to top his last few albums , and it may be the thing that is stopping him. there is a lot of musicians that make albums that suck after the "great one"

Detox is a myth... an urban legend...o yeah he can make headphones, laptops and executive produced 3 eminem albums but not make detox? GTF Outta Here with that bullshit... who needs 10+ years to make a 12 track album? almost 1 track per year? i call bullshit Dr. Dre sorry...

Dude has actually had 2 strokes and last I read half of his body was paralyzed. Most people in that condition also have half of their face paralyzed too and speak with major slurring. So I would think that singing would be out of the question. (he's more of a singer than a rapper)

I hope that "I Need a Doctor" is not on it. Eminem needs to go back to his Slim Shady days where he's a zany fun-sounding rapper. I prefer that style over this angry man syndrome style he now starts all his tracks with.

Anyone else think this album gonna be a big bust judging by the singles that are out?
I mean you put your hottest shit on your singles to rope people in no? If this is the hottest shit from the album, dude needs to stop working out and get back to making music.

I think its all dres plan, his albums name is rehab, to rehab is to slowly get off something, hes rehabbing us from DRE, 1st he tried cold turkey but since noone will leave him alone hes just puttin out some BS so people will stop expectin good music from him lol

This genius masterplan falls apart when he releases sub-par singles.
Kush is more appropriate detox for heroin fiends than for a producer with two entire albums about weed. lol.
I'm not hearing this 'new thing with the drums that sounds amazing' that they're supposedly working on either.
I think it's dope he has such high standards, I just hoped the end product was more worth the wait.
I'm sure I got a 'Next Episode 2006' 12" that was supposed to be from Detox. Had a b-side 'Smokin Weed for Hours'. never saw those mentioned again anywhere.

Who cares about this album honestly. Used to look forward to it, but now I couldn't give a fuck. Will probably go down as the biggest letdown ever. All the songs that have been released so far are awful. Not completely awful but nowhere near as classic as the albums before.

Sad but true, probably because of the internet and how fast singles rotate nowadays. But also lack of quality, I mean Big Poppa and most of the songs on that album still get play today.
