i Wanted To Know what is the best dancehall for parties like wedding quinces etc..???
who are the top dancehall artist??

For dancehall, it doesn't matter about the top artists so much - it's more about hot rhythms. Because, most the top artists are on most riddims; but some of their tunes on the riddim may be wack while a lesser known may kill it... Anyways some of the top artists are: beenie man, tok,movado, vibes kartel, Buju banton, bounty killer.....
And for weddings you would want lover rocker instead of dancehall - artists like beres Hammond, sanchez, singing sweet, jah cure etc... Unless of course the client wants hardcore dancehall..,

there is not a best as such it just what the people there want to hear, when we say wedding most people would think nice easy slow music and classics tracks but if you where asked to play dancehall more then likely when it get late it will turn into a more hardcore party but i would think at the start if your playing dancehall riddims i would play riddims like (buy out, bam bam, dragon stout ect...) all nice riddims but you would want to pick which one you play on the riddim as some are let say "not for kids".
