That's too funny. I remember when Scotty had my job (Nightclub manager and DJ) at my Yankee Doodles in Woodland Hills.
He's a fantastic house DJ now adays. I'm always amazed at how well he reads crowds and knows exactly how to tear the roof off a party.

What that pic doesnt show is that about 10 seconds before it was taken the dude in the background came up and requested the Sexy Laffy Taffy Back Mashup.

^^ Yeah... I think there was some kinda bulletin or something that went out to all the stores about it at some point. They knew about it in the store in my city too. I think this article is the FIRST mention of SSL on the Apple web site though. They profiled King Brit and I'm almost certain he uses it, but they didn't list it on his gear list.

has anyone filed an official apple bug report, a programer at apple asked me this:
"for your USB dropout, see if someone opened a bug report already - they're identified by numbers like "4888192", then I can look it up and make sure it's given proper attention"
anyone?

BriChi is actually working on the Bug together with apple developers. They sent him tests to run on his computer to find out more about the problem.
I don't know if there is a bug report but it would probably make sense to bring 'your' programmer in contact with the apple developer BriChi is working with.
Also I read in this forum that Rane/Serato contacted Apple about the bug.

It seems that BriChi, Solomon, and Rane/Serato (anybody else?) have contacted Apple about the MacBook dropout problems independently (or not?).
Can someone (maybe from Rane/Serato?) make sure that the problem is dealt with at apple in a centralized manner? I.e. there should probably a *single* official bug report that relates to BriChi, Solomon, Rane/Serato, etc.
Also I am not sure if Apple is aware of the *two different* dropout problems at *both* USB ports. So far most people only speak about problems on one of the ports when touching the trackpad. But there are also problems on the other port when adjusting the screen brightness or taking a screen shot. Both problems should be included in the bug report.
Would be really nice if someone takes care of this! Thx!
(I would do it myself if I could but I think it should be done by someone who is already in contact with apple concerning the problem)
