It seems to me that the Help forum has become a free for all forum for issues unrelated to SSL, recommendations for what gear to buy, and problems easily solved if someone were to actually read the friggin' manual.

Rane/Serato staff, do whatever you want with the Help forum, but it seems as if some of your precious time and resources are being wasted by people who aren't bothering to do anything to help themselves - or worse.
