The normally ask "who do I write the check to"? But this one didn't. It would be embarrassing for me to ask for a new check so how do I deposit this at the bank?

Bring the business card to show the teller when you deposit it. If that doesn't work, either use the check to open a business account or decide if getting paid is worth the embarrassment of having to explain your predicament.
