Has anybody combined these 2 deadly video weapons into a live performance?

i'm hoping to track down a method to add the output of VSL as input to R3, any hints or suggestions? was hoping to use the BigFug FFGL video-streaming plugin but from everything i've read vsl does not support freeframe (if i'm wrong please let me know!) option i'm currently exploring is to use a screencapture device, no success so far. as for now, it's A/VJ with VSL, and VJ with R3 before/after my audio set, but nothing actually combining the two.

What about using a VGA to firewire/usb capture and putting the capture into Resolume?

Also, won't a program like Camtwist (or any other screeen as webcam capture) allow you to make the VSL output into a "webcam" input, which could then be sent back into R3 via a webcam/live camera feed capture?

I'm gonna buy a VJ mixer to be able to blend the two..
