I had a Windows machine and I change platforms and purchased a mac, is it possible that I retrieve my serial from serato and use it for my mac system?

you serial should be in your profile, if not you need to contact serato team and give them info about where you purchase vsl.

I can see your serial is registered against your profile, so that's good.

Click on "edit your profile" on the right, and then on "product registration". Your serial is there :)
