When i move Volume Fader for the left deck to the down position, and move it up again, the volume keeps low. The opposite deck fader does not have this problem.

Hello, have you tried recalibrating the unit, the instructions for this are under troubleshooting in the NS7 manual.

i brought the unit back to the original dealer and they have send it back to their repair center. A i/o PCB board was replaced, and the unit was send back last week.

today i noticed i still have the same issues, and since i now have my unit back i was able to do the recalibration.

i still experience this issue, please let me know what else to do.

Sorry for the delay, unfortunately if you are unable to calibrate this suggests there may still be a hardware issue. I would recommend contacting your distributor directly to diagnose this further.
