Hey Guys, need some help,
my scratch live has crashed on me a few times during my sets, music would be playing fine, then all of a sudden NOTHING, serato still going, timer still showing that its playing but the tracks have just dissappeared? any ideas?, i have been running with the same setup for over a year without any problems?
using acer aspire one zg5 120hdd, 1.5 GB of RAM and an Intel 1.6 GHz Atom processor, music reading off 500gEXHDD with CDJs pioneer 1000 mk2

Hi tony phoenix,

Can you please try analyzing your files and removing all corrupted tracks according to this instruction? serato.com

Please also test your system without your external hard drive plugged in, using only tracks from your internal hd.

i had the same problem tonight, i restarted my computer without video-sl, mixer i was using was ttm57sl. I never had this problem before til tonight, i played mp3 and video file all from my internal hard drive, and it was the same problem. I'm thinking it might've been the USB cable that might not been sending enough signal. I can be wrong will test it out on my 57sl at home, but can the USB cable be the problem?

my system is Macbook Pro 2.4ghz 4gb RAM- operating system Mac OS X leopard 10.5.7 running latest version of Scratchlive as well.

Hi DJScoop,

Can you please also create a new thread with your system specifications and your description of the problem? Often causes are very specific, even if you have similar symptoms, especially when it comes to dropouts.
