I have not been able to get the right deck (input 2) to allow me to play a track. I can use input reverse and it works but this is not the best option as well, I have tried switching the cables and the tracks play but nothing plugged into input 2 works.

DO I have something configured wrong or is it the box?

HI DJ Miik Martorell - are you able to play tracks on the right deck in Internal mode?

What does the right deck's scope view display when you play the right deck? i.e. do you get clean circles, what tracking percentage do you see?

Are you using turntables or CDJs?
