Instant Doubles and Set Cue feature using the joystick doesn't work!!!

Until a couple of days ago without knowingly changing any settings the instant doubles feature and the set cue feature doesn't work on my 57SL using both the joysticks! The computer reads the joystick has been moved (The joystick on the screen moves when I move it) but the prompts on the computer are "greyed out" and I don't know how to re-enable them! I have the latest version Scratchlive (1.9.2) and 57SL firmware (3.20) and I run a 2.53GHz Macbook Pro. Alot of the time I only have one deck at work to mix with so this is pretty crucial!

I also have a dead cue button on my mixer (B2) that does not respond when I click it! How do I fix that?

As to the first problem, press the joystick down/in like a button. This toggles the joysticks between transform switch mode and Scratch Live function(s) mode.

If the writting is greyed out, the toggle is inactive. Press the toggle switch literally down and you'll notice the green light next to it comes on and the writing is now white. It should be active.

Brilliant. Thank you. Haha I've had my 57sl for two yeas and never realised it could do that. Now my met question, how do I solve a dead cue button?

You have to press hard or more than once?

If so, try deoxit DN5 linked below. That is what we use on them.
