So just to make sure I understand you correctly, does the pop-up window with the Preview Player open correctly? You say that the "seconds stay at 00:00" so I'm assuming that the pop-up does open OK, but please let me know if this is not the case.

If the pop-up window is opening successfully you could try updating your Flash version to the latest release. You can do that here: www.adobe.com

I updated my the latest release on the website
and it still does the same problem
also now the pop-up doesn't work auomaticlly

I'm not sure what you mean by "automatically". Do you mean it doesn't open at all?

It sounds like the built in pop up blocker in Internet Explorer may be enabled. Can you please run through the following steps and let me know what happens:

1) Click here to view a release: whitelabel.net
2) Click the gray button that says "Preview" - it has a little play symbol on it and it's next to the "Discuss" button

If your pop up blocker is turned on, you should see a message at the top of the page that says "Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options click here." - click on this message, then click "Show blocked pop-up".

Can you please tell me if this works for you ? If you don't see the above message, the pop-up blocker may not be the problem.
