Only One Side of NS7 scratching???

Just got this yesterday, it worked for a little. But now only the left table scratches!

If I load the same track on the right table it doesn't scratch, just warps the track.

hit the little red button that says scratch offf.....should do the trick

Still dont know where that is lol...

But I see what happened!! The Platter dropped and for some reason it's not tightening or loosening with this PIECE OF CRAP alan key!

Should I maybe buy a better tool to get this correct??

why go through the trouble of trying to fix it? You didnt pay that much money for a product to have it fail on you the second day, did you? Go raise some hell at the place you bought it from and try to get extra stuff thrown in lol.

go buy another one and return this one in that new box and say it was broken.

Brought a better Alan Key set and it worked better then the piece of crap they send with the product
