I recently downloaded a beta of Serato Scratch Live v 2.0. and it worked fine for a week.
After I had tested it with the hardware and it worked, the next day it wouldn't open when tried to start the application, it would start to read the crates and then crash.
I don't use a hardrive, it is run off my itunes.
my Mac is 10.5.4 Leopard
I then tried to install Serato Scratch Live v 1.9.2 but it still continued to crash immediately on opening.
i can't even access my folders 'ScratchLiveBackup' or 'ScratchLive' as they crash too!
Could you please help
Thanks
Dan

Try this:
Close SSL
Open your Macintosh hard drive.
Open your User Home folder
Open your Music folder
Open the ScratchLIVE folder
Locate and rename the History folder to Old_History
Locate and Rename the databaseV2 file to Old_databaseV2
Open your external hard drive
Open the _ScratchLIVE_ folder
Locate and Rename the databaseV2 file to Old_databaseV2
Restart SSL and allow the library to load (it may take a while as SSL rebuilds the databaseV2 file)
After SSL finishes loading, retest your system
Any luck?
