I had a full crate and when i installed the newest version my crate shows up but with now tracks. I added the tracks again and closed serrato then restarted it and my tracks are gone in my crates

Is this happening to all your crate files?

Are you properly ejecting your external hard drive before disconnecting the USB cable?

Are you still running XP or did you update to Vista or Windows 7?
