Unibody Macbook Pro video out conversion problem

I'm doing a gig tonight and the club only has a coax cable to tie into for all of their
TV's. The Macbook pro I'm using is the unibody that doesn't support any analog video output. I already have the mini display to DVI and mini to VGA adaptors. Is their some kind of converter box I can use to get the signal to the coax?
