Its less than a month from guitar center i have a antivirus macbook snowleopard no curupt files from itunes this seems that is happening to alot of people. please help

Hello, I have not seen this issue before, what format is your music and where is it located?

a new and more annoying issue, one day the entire system ns7 started to go crazy the platter wheel stop for good and sometimes the music would play still. this system is good for only a month. common at first you guys said that it freezes because of my macbook curupt music files why is it always to blaming the macbook ,
going back to the platter freezing up issue- it would work if i use the usb closer to the screen only - but then after an hour it eventually started to act up again , i returned the ns7 and got another one and everything works fine. my point is that spending $1299. is only good for a month is that what you guys selling these days im pretty sure the new one is going to be the same in a month judging all the issues from all over the world.
my question is what is which ns7 the serial number of that has a recall that has issues . both that i bought hasnovember 2009 stickers ?

ok im on my 2nd ns7 - it started to crash all the time now its about a month since i exchange the ns7. i have a black macbook 10.6.3 2.4 ghz intel core duo 4gb .
please help me it crashes the first minute i start.
