Short and sweet....
Plugged all my shit in powered the mixer on, had sound coming out the cue but nothin out the master...turned mixer off then back on then worked fine..
Any ideas why it did this? I really hope this isnt the start of something bad I just bought the damn thing.

firmware - coded instructions that are stored permanently in read-only memory
If you click on "set up," there is an option to download firmware. I believe the mixer has to be on and connect to the computer that is receiving the updates. I just bought a 57, so I don't know the proper procedure. i would suggest reading page 30, like mentioned earlier.
