You really should use full stops.

Anyway, on with your problem. First things first....what do your scopes look like?

One of the main issues is win7 still isn't really supported by Serato yet which generally means no tech support (although they usually still will give a hand anyway)

Are you using CDJs or Turntables?

Hey Skot,

When you say the scopes look fine.. are you seeing good clean circles?
What does the tracking percentage say (found in the lower right corner of each scope view) when playing the control tone?

Have you tried plugging the SL1 into different usb ports on the computer?
Are you plugging the SL1 into a usb hub or splitter?

Let us know and we'll go from there;)

Did you install 2.0 into your computer once you downloaded it from our website?
You should see a compressed zip file on your computer that says ScratchLIVE 2.0.
Double click on it to then go through the install.
Skot 10:28 PM - 10 March, 2010
no i only have the 1.9.2 version off your website.

We've been running into issues with computers with the "i" series processors in them.
Read here --> serato.com
Hopefully the suggestions there will fix your issue.
Let us know how you get along.
