hey everyone - question - so i have a 57

ive done a few venues where they tap my flexfx to par led's or various lights and use the dmx on it so that its in sync with my mixer and the music

is there any specific way to set this up? I have a few mobile events coming up that i'd like to use my flexfx to sync the lights to the music

couldn't find any posts about this when i searched and i know its prolly a basic question but if anyone can walk me thru a procedure id appreciate it
